Qatar Airways has managerial & employee positions available in the following areas: Positions based in DOHA, QATAR: REVENUE MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT (Job roles in brief) Operations Research / Systems Specialist • To lead systems improvement and optimization projects and support ad-hoc requests • Performs validation and testing of models / systems to ensure adequacy and propose to reformulate if necessary. (Senior) Reporting Analyst • Support the development and generation of Key Performance Indicators and other required sources of management information to support informed decision making across the department. • Carry out ad-hoc analysis as commissioned by different RM functions to support decision-making. (Senior) Flight Analyst • Collaborate with the pricing and sales teams to implement revenue-increasing initiatives and update the revenue management system accordingly. • Ensure denied boarding rates are maintained at target levels. (Senior) Demand Analyst • Manage the demand forecast of the assigned markets in close with the pricing and sales teams. • Work in close interaction with pricing to support the estimation of market impact due to price adjustments. Reservations Control • Effectively manage the process for passenger reservations. • Supervise QR help-desk, responding to all queries and discrepancies. Executive Secretary • Will ensure smooth functioning of the department administration by providing effective and efficient secretarial and administrative assistance. • Good skills in business application software (MS Office), file management and independent routine office administration. GLOBAL SALES and DISTRIBUTION Positions in the field of: Distribution Analysis & Planning Sales Development Sales Force Effectiveness Global Telephone Sales and E-Commerce Positions based OVERSEAS: Area Manager Sales Manager Marketing Manager (US, India, Malaysia, Dubai, China & Frankfurt) Preference will be given to applications with relevant airline and or travel industry experience.
