MANAGEMENT INFORMATION MANAGER Job Purpose: Overall responsibility for provision of management information to support decision-making within revenue management and other departments. Develop and implement routine reporting systems and mechanisms to track and forecast revenue performance. Responsible for developing and implementing appropriate regular reporting mechanisms to track and forecast revenue performance of airline. Proactively identifying emerging revenue management issues and aiding in their diagnosis. Responsible for ad-hoc analysis to support specific management decisions. Manage team of 3 to 5 analytical resources. Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelors degree, preferably in technical program (Mathematics, Computer Science/IT, Engineering). Graduate degree (Masters, Ph.D.) is an advantage. Over 5 years relevant working experience, 3 years in a management role, 2 years in revenue management. Experience in managing the implementation of large scale IT or Technology systems. Experience with business intelligence software is highly desirable. Strong computer knowledge (Excel, Access, SQL), comprehensively trained in all functions of Airline Revenue Management systems. Demonstrated project management and advanced analytical capabilities Knowledge of PROS database and extracts is a definite asset. Amadeus Altea experience is an advantage. The candidate must possess strong quantitative and qualitative skills, advanced problem solving capabilities and proven leadership skills. Must demonstrate mastery of Revenue Management theory and application. Must have excellent English proficiency.
MANAGER ALLIANCES
JOB PURPOSE:
Reporting to the Manager Interline Tariffs and Industry Affairs, the Manager Alliances will be responsible for the Negotiation, Implementation, and follow up of code share and commercial agreements with partner airlines to improve QR revenue and exposure
Educational Qualifications: Degree level education in Business Administration, with a proven track record in the travel industry
Experience: At least 10 Years experience in Airline Commercial Department with at least 4 years in interline and code share agreements Proven knowledge of International Fares, Prorating, and Reservation Broad knowledge of major airline departments (Ground Operations, Reservation, In-flight service) A proven ability to negotiate and work within a multi-national and multi cultural environment with excellent leadership skills Proven commercial acumen.
OPERATIONS RESEARCH SPECIALIST
This technically experienced candidate will support to RM Operational Research Manager by leveraging their strong analytical and problem solving skill set. The successful candidate will ensure that revenue management processes are efficient, effective and carried out in a consistent manner, as they are vital to decision making and process changes.
The role will give the successful candidate the opportunity to expand their knowledge, hone their skills and grow quickly within the airline while working in a multi-cultural and highly motivated environment.
Job Purpose
Work on the current Revenue Management System and analyze information to outcome with recommendations to improve the results and the systems. Perform validation and testing of models to ensure adequacy and propose to reformulate the models if necessary. Prepare management reports defining and evaluating problems and recommending solutions.
Study and analyze information about alternative courses of action in order to determine which plan will offer the best outcomes.
Collaborate with others units with Revenue Management organization to ensure successful implementation in order to derive maximum benefit from the chosen problem solution.
To lead systems improvement and optimization projects and support ad-hoc requests
Qualifications and Requirements Four-year university degree in a technical/quantitative programme (Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering). Graduated degree (Masters, PhD) is a plus. Over 3 years in operational research and statistical modeling. Demonstrate knowledge of Revenue Management theory, application and Technology. Preferable: Airline revenue management experience is an advantage. Experience in using large scale IT or Technology systems; Strong Computer knowledge Statistical Modeling ; Technical knowledge of Airline Revenue Management systems an advantage (e.g. PROS); Process quality control and measurements methodologies.
COMMERCIAL OCC OFFICER JOB PURPOSE To assist the Operations Controller in the following: Monitoring the operational schedule for any deviations from the planned schedule. Improving QRs profitability by minimising the adverse impact of irregular operations on the airline and its customers through facilitating a joint decision making process with the SMOCC. Act as advisors in case of IROPS or peak demand focusing on revenue protection, payload capability, range seat capacity and configuration. REQUIREMENTS Bachelors Degree 3 years of total working experience in related field Preferably has training in AMIS of other operational systems Strong working knowledge of airline reservation systems is added advantage Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel and basic computer functions RM SYSTEMS SPECIALIST
JOB PURPOSE:
Conduct systems performance analysis and evaluation of functionality, highlighting areas for system improvement and projected benefits. Continuously enhance and upgrade system capabilities to suit Revenue Management business objectives. Support Systems Manager with the execution and implementation of system development initiatives. Leverage and share system knowledge across the users platforms. Support management in the design, development and delivery of new systems. Design custom application and development to support decision making across the revenue management functions. Design database, calibration and maintenance for existing and new systems. Perform and lead test program on existing and new systems across Revenue Management department .
REQUIREMENTS:
3-5 years of working experience in system support/administration Experience with PROS, NRPS, Amadeus/Altea, and ProfitlinePrice is an asset. Previous system analyst experience. Network airline experience is an asset. Experience with Business Object, Oracle, MS SQL. Experienced in using large scale IT or Technology systems. Strong computer knowledge (Excel, Access, SQL). Training in Airline Revenue Management systems is an asset.
